Important Definitions Information and Exclusions

Dataset *

A single dataset is an individual product we sell on our store eg “McDonalds in USA” is one dataset and “McDonalds in UK” is a second separate dataset. Data Bundles (eg Top Grocery Stores in the US) are not a single dataset and are excluded from our subscription. However, individual datasets that comprise a Bundle can be included but will count as individual datasets.

Subscription Duration and Billing Frequency

The minimum subscription duration for all plans is one quarter and billing will be quarterly (every 3 months).

Existing datasets only

All the datasets, brands and countries provided in the subscription are from our existing datasets, brands and countries that we cover. New datasets, brands and countries that we do not already cover, cannot be added to the list.

How to download the data

Once you subscribe, our Store team will email you with how to access the data. The subscription data will be delivered to you automatically through an emailed link and will not be available for manual download from our store.

Marketplace Seller Data

Subscription Data excludes data provided by third party Marketplace sellers.

Unlimited Plan FAQs

Yes. All datasets that are in our Data Store currently are eligible to be included in each plan.However, 3rd party seller provided Marketplace data and Data Bundles are not included.
The data is usually updated every week in most cases.
Yes, you can create custom plans to cover the brands and countries you need and a custom update period.
Once you signup to the subscription, we will contact you to get the list of the brands you want to include as part of your subscription and the delivery method you would like to have (email or S3 etc) and set that up for you.
Once you sign up with a credit card, you will be billed every 3 months (one quarter) for that quarter. All billing is made upfront.

Custom Plan FAQs

The Custom plan will be designed based on your requirements and can include brands that you require and for countries that you need and will be provided based on a schedule that you prefer.e.g. a custom plan could include all locations from Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks in the US updated monthly
Yes. If you want an update every day instead of weekly, or on certain days of each quarter (for reporting QoQ metrics), that is definitely possible in the Custom plan.
Sure, we can build any kind of plan that you require.
Custom plans are based on the number of brands and their locations, and the frequency of the updates. More of any of those variables, will cost more. However, you still have the Unlimited plan available to get the best benefit.
The billing for custom plans will usually be monthly, but if you need updates quarterly or annually, the billing schedule will follow the same schedule.
